I am able to stay current and up to date with technology that can help my clients. By using Drone technology, I can help take video and pictures of homes that I will list for sale as well as shoot aerial footage of areas for out of state buyers. This certification by the FAA opens up a whole new world to explore for people buying or selling real estate here in Las Vegas.
Since 2006, I have completed over 250 short sale listings with a 99.9% success rate. As a result of the housing crisis of 2008, I trained other REALTORS on the correct way to complete short sales. I helped numerous clients avoid foreclosure.
