The original Untamed is located one block south of Bryant Park, in the Garment District. Our Bryant Park shop is in the center of Midtown: right in between Grand Central and Penn Station, and between Herald Square shopping and Times Square hustle. With only 20 seats and large swinging windows that are left open when weather permits, you can grab lunch during the rush if you can find a seat, or head out to our overflow seating in Bryant Park!
Untamed Sandwiches makes sandwiches, salads and plates featuring 100% sustainably raised braised meats, as well as vegetarian sandwiches and vegan options that are also made with 100% sustainable ingredients. All our meat is free-range, grass-fed when that is what the animal is supposed to eat, hormone and antibiotic free, and in general, comes from the happiest and healthiest animals you have ever met. Our vegetables are locally sourced, organic where possible, and pesticide free.
