Our report includes property information such as what is built on a parcel and what can be built per today's standards and codes. This is priceless information for home owners, home buyers, realtors and developers.
OUR MISSION
Our mission at Underbuilt™ is to offer immediate and accurate property potential data (maximum building size) to professionals in the development, design, construction and real estate industries. We sell individual reports to the public, licensing to affiliated businesses and monthly membership options tailored to a company or members industry.
PROBLEM
Currently, to find max house size, hours of code research is done by visiting the city or county websites and combing through hundreds of pages in PDF format. Then sitting down and cranking out the math or even having to take half a business day to go down to planning departments at the city. Sometimes an Architect or other professional are hired as a consultant to be sure the information is correct.
SOLUTION
UnderBuilt™ reports. We have an easy to use interface where you can enter an address or apn and be taken to an intuitive map based search system to get an individual report.
