I noted the message on their website, "Orders placed before 1 pm CST will ship the same day". I placed an order that was earlier in the day (CST), yet the order didn't ship until the next day. The confirmation email shows that I placed the order earlier than 1PM. I contacted customer service, their response did not say sorry, did not offer any compensation, etc, but did say, "Sometimes things get held up in testing, etc that we can not control." If they cannot control it, they shouldn't promise it on their website.
