WHEN CAN WE CLOSE?: We can Close when it's convenient for the you, the Seller(s). This means we can Close as quickly as 7-10 days, OR if the you need more time because you need to find another house or place to live then we can push the Closing back. Maybe the Probate or Short Sale won’t be settled for 6-9 months – we can still guarantee a Close date that works for you.
