Martial Arts is a great way for persons of any age to learn proper stretching techniques, gain muscle and strength, improve balance, practice mental exercises, learn self-defense techniques, learn anti bullying skills and practice situational awareness skills for safety.
Classes start for kids age 4-6, Lil' Dragons. Karate is great for youth age 7 and up. These skills are incredibly important for teens. Adults will find all these benefits and learn and progress at their own pace. Even for older folks this is a great way to work-out as everyone progresses at their own pace as their bodies allow.
