Chef Pat Trama’s love for cooking seafood is deeply rooted and comes from his summers spent in Montauk as a child with his family where he learned to catch, clean, and cook all kinds of seafood and made cherished family memories.
With over 50 years of combined restaurant experience between Pat and Laura, they know the ropes when it comes to amazing food and incredible service and have the hearts to bring that to life in a way that makes their customers feel like family.
