Tracy provides nutrition counseling to clients looking to develop a healthier and more balanced relationship with food. Tracy is the in-house registered dietitian and nutrition expert for Betches Media and has been featured on their hit health and wellness podcast, "Diet Starts Tomorrow". She is also the star of wellness media company, Well+Good's YouTube Series titled, "You Versus Food."
