- 1. Should you need to cancel all or part of your reservation, we must receive notice no less than 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. There is no fee for a partial cancellation. Full cancellations are subject to a $25 processing fee. 2. All cancellations received less than 7 days prior to your current arrival date will be non-refundable unless we can rebook the room. You will be responsible for payment of any nights not resold. This policy pertains to early check outs as well. 3. Holiday reservations are subject to a fourteen (14) day cancellation policy.
