The BBG stands for The Bikini Body Guide, which I created together with my partner, Tobi, in 2014. This guide is an eBook containing 12 weeks worth of 28 minute resistance workouts plus educational content. Since November 2015, the BBG has been transformed and is now available in the Sweat app - growing with you and your fitness journey for an unlimited number of weeks.
Sweat includes weekly tailored meal plans and automatic fortnightly shopping lists. In the most recent update, I added a smart calendar function that allows you to pre-plan your weekly routine, set reminders for workouts, progress photos and even period alerts! I want it to be the ‘go-to’ platform for health and fitness so that women have access to the tools they need to feel fitter, stronger and more confident at the touch of a fingertip. It’s like a personal trainer in your pocket!
However, BBG and Sweat app is so much more than just a training tool. The BBG Community was created by girls using my guides who wanted to support each other on their journey. These girls come in ALL shapes and sizes, all ages and backgrounds, have varying fitness levels and use my guides or app to motivate and support each other.
