I have lived here for nearly 25 years and have over half that in local experience as a Realtor - I am here to serve you! I have ample knowledge of our communities, home values, and local market trends that give my clients a leg up from the competition as well as my attitude toward professionalism and getting things done right – the first time. I communicate clearly and in a timely manner, never leaving my clients waiting for the call they want to hear, or the one they don't want to hear so that we can stay ahead of the game. Buying and selling can be a challenge, but I make it a breeze by creating a more seamless service making it virtually stress-free.
I have experience in remodeling, negotiating, and investment strategies and have strong integrity and character. I am extremely hard working and competent and am a solution oriented problem solver. I give back to the community I love in various ways such as Church leadership, worship blues band, I donate and serve at local meal program, donate at local food bank, work with non profit organization to attain housing for disabled persons, and donate to World Vision.
