We are a Medicare certified Rehabilitation Agency/Outpatient Rehabilitation Facility (ORF). We provide outpatient Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy in the convenience of your home or our clinic location. These services are covered by our patient’s Medicare Part B benefits.
