- At the time of reservation, we will ask you for a credit card in order to confirm your reservation. Although we will not process a charge on your card until you arrive, if you cancel the reservation less than 14 days prior to your reserved arrival date, there will be a 50%* of the reservation cost charged to your card if we cannot rerent the room. *No show/no call reservations will result in 100% charge. When a group reserves the entire Inn, a 50% nonrefundable deposit is due 30 days prior to the reservation. If any group member cancels, if the group does not want the room to be available for rerenting, 100% of the charge for the cancelled reservations will be due.
