In the event of a cancellation, deposits will be refunded only if the Whistling Swan is given a minimum of 7 days notice prior to 4pm of the arrival date of the reservation. If you cancel within 7 days a fee of one night's stay will be assessed. All cancellations, regardless of notice, will be assessed a $25 cancellation fee, per room.
