Established in 1979, we are a full service watch, clock, and jewelry repair shop. We have been in business over 42 years. We make house calls for Grandfather clocks in Chicago-land. We service all types of clocks including cuckoo clocks, mantle clocks, wall clocks, vintage clocks, novelty clock, etc...
We are a full-service watch repair shop that specializes in high-grade mechanical watches - both Swiss and American. We repair all makes and models from complex chorographs to simple hand wind watches. We are certified by Swatch Group and a member of the American Watchmakers Institute.
The jewelry repair includes ring-sizing, rebuilding the prongs, replacing missing stones, repair bracelets, repair necklaces, replacing worn-out shanks, polish jewelry, gold plate and rhodium plate and much more.
We also sell clocks, watches and jewelry. We have 100s of clocks, watches to choose from in our store to choose from so stop in.

The Repair Process …………It Takes Time
When we take in your timepiece we go over the concerns you raised in our conversation. We evaluate all pieces. We see if we can get parts for your timepiece (i.e. year of timepiece). This takes time as we have to find a supplier that carries that specific part. We repair it and then put the timepiece to a test. We watch it for week(s) to see if the item we repair is working or if another part was the real source of the problem. After it goes through this test we call you. I’m sorry for the length of time to repair your timepiece but we don’t want to return you timepiece and have it break again. Sometimes it does. We have put these steps to minimize the downtime. After 4o years in the business this is the “best practices” we developed to repair your watch/clock.
