The Terrraces in Escondido Apartments is an affordable housing community in beautiful north Escondido. Our development offers one, two, three and four bedroom apartments for rents between $804 - $1,481 per month. Our apartments comply with the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program, which is a federally regulated government program that allows us to offer affordable housing rates. All interested applicants must qualify based on a projected annual income which includes assets; as well as, household size, rental history, credit and criminal background checks. The LIHTC Program also has Full-Time Student requirements and requests for us to determine student eligibility.
