- Since this is a small bed and breakfast, cancellations affect us significantly. Please notify us of your intention to cancel at least seven (7) days prior to the first day of your reservation. A full refund or a gift certificate, can be sent to you. However, if the cancellation is during a holiday season, a special function in this area, or during the months of May or October, notification must be received at least fifteen (15) days prior to the first day of your reservation. When cancellations are received on shorter notice, you are financially responsible for the entire booking of your reservation unless we can re-book the room(s).
