The Sign King is a well-established, 49 year old company with a reputation for the highest level of quality and customer service. Here on our web site you will find an overview of our extensive creative and technical capabilities. We are a UL-listed manufacturing facility (E 199844) and have a mechanical engineer on staff to ensure the technical integrity of our projects.
We have two Gerber Sabre408 CNC flat-bed router tables complete with automatic tool changer, engraving options, Auto Carve and ArtCAM professional software. These machines enable us to produce some of the most dramatic, high-end carved metal, solid surface, urethane and plastic signs in the industry. In addition, we have two Matthews Paint Color-Mixing Stations and Matthews-certified painters at our clients’ disposal. Our top-of-the-line Elliott Skywalk Boom Truck gives us the capability to install our signage up to a height or reach of 75 feet.
We also have an extensive Graphics and Vinyl Department, equipped with the very latest vinyl cutters (up to 60 inches wide) and Mamaki large-format solvent printer (up to 60 inches wide) as well as a 62 inch wide, dual-heat laminator and Gerber Edge thermal-transfer printer. In addition we have an automated channel letter system, an automotive cross-flow paint booth, and we sand blast in-house. Our welding capabilities include MIG, TIG and stick welding and plasma cutting.
Our capabilities extend beyond the sign industry to encompass a multitude of custom-designed projects in a wide range of materials as well as exclusive custom parts and assemblies for use in specialized fields. You will find that no project is too big or too small for The Sign King. We have completed high-visibility projects locally for theme parks, airports, hotels and convention centers and have produced very intricate and original carved artwork for a nationwide restaurant chain.
We do it all: design, build, install and maintain any type of signage as well as produce custom-designed projects at a price that is fair and reasonable.
