Club Grill - Perched on a hill overlooking the picturesque first tee and Lake George, this New York–style steakhouse sports a rustic décor and offers a casual atmosphere for lunch and dinner. The Club Grill is open from May through October. Mister Brown's Pub - This Adirondack-style pub offers a casual dining atmosphere and upscale pub fare for lunch and dinner. Evening entertainment is a regular occurrence. Sagamore Dining Room - The resort's dining room serves a gourmet buffet breakfast year-round, featuring a full-service omelet station and dinner in July and August. The Pool Terrace - Conveniently located in the pool area, the Terrace serves snacks and beverages, such as salads, sandwiches, pizzas, and ice cream bars, all summer long. The Veranda - Located in the historic hotel, this glass-enclosed room affords a panoramic view of Lake George. Offerings include afternoon tea, tapas, sushi, and creative drink specials.
