- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to scheduled check-in date will be refunded their room deposit less an administrative fee of 5% of the reservation amount. When notice of Cancellation is provided within 30 days of the scheduled check-in date, the deposit will be refunded if we are able to re-book the guest room(s). Your deposit will be refunded less the 5% administrative fee after the new reservation is completed. When notice of Cancellation is provided within 72 hours of your scheduled check-in, the guest is responsible for entire reservation amount and will be refunded when we are able to re-book the guest room(s), less any discounts provided in order to re-book the room(s) and the 5% administrative fee. Cancellations due to weather and/or traffic conditions will be treated as a Cancellation under this policy and will not be considered a special circumstance. The cost of lift tickets, spa treatments, or any other purchases that have already been paid for by The Ruby of Crested Butte for a Cancelled reservation are subject to the return policy of the service provider.
