- The River Connection is proud to be recognized by the American Canoe Association as a Pro Paddlesports School offering guided kayak tours and kayak instruction for all levels of experience: Guided Kayak Tours on the Hudson River and surrounding water bodies including the Long Island Sound. Kayak instruction from the basics to eskimo rolling. Private and semi-private instruction available for families and small groups. Full retail showroom and retail center featuring gear from Impex Kayaks, P&H Kayaks, Venture Kayaks, Vermont Canoe, Werner Paddles, Thule Cartop Racks & Systems, Mitchell Paddles, Immersion Research, Kokatat, Stohlquist. Private boathouse on the Hudson River.
