Ezra Reinstein founded the Reinstein Law Firm in 2009. In his work as attorney for physicians, psychologists, and other health care professionals, Ezra focuses on analyzing employment contracts, negotiating private practice buy-ins and buy-outs, and advising on HIPAA and Stark Law compliance issues. As a startup and small business attorney, Ezra helps his clients navigate corporate, employment, and transactional issues. Ezra works closely with his clients to understand their individual objectives, tailor practical solutions to meet those objectives, and implement the solutions through negotiation.
