- Cancellations received at least two weeks prior to the reservation date have no penalty. Cancellations with less than two weeks notice will require a 50% payment IF the room is not rebooked. Cancellations with less than forty-eight hours notice will be charged in full. The cancellation fee is $100 for all “minimum night stays”. If cancellation for minimum night stay is received 30 days before the arrival date, no additional charge is made. With less than 30 days notice the cancellation fee is increased to one night’s stay. With less than 14 days notice, full payment for your reservation will be charged to your credit card.
