Located on 11 acres on the west side of Costal Carolina University, The Pier at Conway will feature three wood frame buildings, each with four stories, which will house 564 beds throughout the 182 units. The complex will include a clubhouse with game room and study lounges, as well as an outdoor putting green. The property is located at Edward Lane and Highway 544 and will be complete prior to the start of the fall 2020 semester. More than just a place to call home - It’s a community. When we designed The Pier at Conway, we focused on creating indoor and outdoor spaces fit for today’s college student. Our swimming pool and fire pit lounge provide outdoor entertainment areas while the fitness lawn and 24-hour fitness center offer places to stay in shape.
