- The Lodge at Woodloch boasts a 40, 000-square-foot spa with an extensive array of offerings for thorough rejuvenation. Guests can recline by the fire at the coed Whisper Lounge following treatments or enjoy the heated outdoor terrace with infinity-edge whirlpool. The Aqua Garden is a hydrotherapy area bordered by natural boulders and featuring eight-foot and four-foot hydro-massage Waterwalls in addition to therapeutic soaking pools. A wide range of all-natural spa treatments is performed in 27 treatment rooms including two couple's suites and two combination suites with private soaking tubs and showers. Among the spa's signature treatments is Awakening the Senses "Head to Toes, " a holistic multi-sensory body experience that combines polish, wrap, massage, and personalized choices of aromatherapy, chromatherapy, and healing sounds. An essential oil detoxification complex is applied prior to a full-body White Oak scrub. Two customized rebalancing wraps of warm citrus and seaweed are partnered with a neck and head massage. Next, an application of antioxidant moisturizer is applied. A surprise gourmet treat to tantalize the palate completes the experience. Fitness facilities encompass an entire floor of the spa, including a 3, 500-square-foot, fully equipped cardiovascular and weight-training studio with personal training alcoves, yoga/Pilates and meditation studios, two private fitness/lifestyle consultation rooms, and lounge with juice bar. Guests can work out on state-of-the-art Cybex weight training equipment and next-generation spinning bikes, or participate in a variety of exercise classes such as Cardio Kickboxing, Ultimate Abs, Drums Alive, and Power Sculpt. There is also an indoor pool specially designed for water sports and aqua fitness activities.

- The Lodge at Woodloch provides a complete spa vacation destination experience with both outdoor and indoor recreation, a comprehensive spa, a full complement of lifestyle and fitness classes, dining, as well as a wealth of public areas for socializing and organized activities. Guests enjoy fishing or kayaking on the 15-acre private lake, tennis, as well as taking in the one-mile recreation trail through towering oak and hemlock trees. Porches, lakeside docks, woodland, and rock gardens provide picturesque, peaceful surroundings for an afternoon walk or some time spent with a favorite book. An outdoor terrace with fire pit is the site of frequent storytelling presentations and musical performances. Painting, photography and other arts and crafts workshops are housed in the art studio. Guests can enjoy privileged access to the adjacent private Woodloch Springs Country Club. This championship par-72, 18-hole course features forest, meadow, and wetland fairways suitable for beginners and advanced players alike. Seasonal outdoor adventures include skiing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, sledding, mountain biking, canoeing, and river rafting, which can be arranged through the spa concierge. Horseback riding is also available nearby.
