The practice is located in downtown Los Angeles, California, just two blocks from LA Live, Staples Center, and the Nokia Center. Lloyd Lee, attorney at law, is licensed by the State Bar of California License, #276453. Additionally, Lloyd is also a licensed California Real Estate Broker.
Lloyd is experienced in a range of business matters. Current clients include internet start-ups, local businesses, entertainment companies, real estate developers, investment groups, and fashion companies. Quite simply, Lloyd is the primary legal contact for entrepreneurs.
Lloyd has conducted a number of business transactions including entity formation and advisory, shareholder agreements, buy-sell agreements, joint-ventures, operating agreements, partnership agreements, negotiations, deal-structuring, purchase and sale of businesses, dissolution, shareholder buy-outs, and many other business transactions. Currently Lloyd is setting up a real estate investment fund. When a specialist is required, Lloyd utilizes his strong network to supplement the process.
Lloyd is a former law clerk for the United States District Court for the District of Nevada, and a graduate of Temple Law’s award-winning Integrated Transactional Program, voted the #1 transactional program by the CPR Institute for Dispute Resolution. During law school, Lloyd served on the executive board of the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal as a Research Editor. Lloyd also worked as a summer associate at the law firm of Andersen, Roscha and Odne.
One thing that sets Lloyd apart from other attorneys is that he has actual business and real estate experience. Lloyd is a co-founder of Amp My Life, LLC and a private real estate fund. Previously, Lloyd founded and operated a commercial and residential real estate brokerage in downtown San Francisco, CA, and founded the Cafe 19th Hole, a restaurant located on a golf course. Clients find Lloyd’s entrepreneurial experience to be invaluable.
