Company description
I take my job seriously when it comes to all aspects of the case, including intake, attorney-client privilege and confidentiality, procedural and legal strategy, legal advice and most importantly, practical assessment in weighing a client’s options. It’s not only about the end result, but also how much time, effort and expense it will take to get there. Each case requires an approach of legal guidance with two important components, common sense and reason.
My main objective is to advance my client’s position to obtaining a fair and equitable result, keeping realistic expectations for reaching short-term and long-term goals and also keeping emotion secondary, which sometimes is just as important in building a solid foundation for the future. I’m very accessible and responsive to each client throughout their case. I find that most of my commitment and responsibility to a client involves continued support and advice throughout the term of my representation. I strive in customer service in that I always want my clients to feel they will get an immediate response to a question or issue that may arise during the course of my representation. Every case and client brings a journey, and it’s a journey not always easy, but with strategy, cooperation and communication, a client can turn the journey in to a positive experience for rebuilding their foundation for years to come.
