Tamara Daney has been representing surrogate mothers, intended parents, donors and agencies for over 20 years. She has devoted her law practice to assisted reproduction law for more than ten years.Tamara graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 1986 and then spent three years in Florence, Italy, working as a research assistant in the European University Law Department. She worked for several years in a law firm practicing healthcare law and at this time she handled her first surrogacy case representing Intended Parents who were living in France. When she left the firm to open her own law practice, Tamara focused on building her assisted reproduction practice and now almost exclusively practices in this area. Tamara has assisted hundreds of clients in building their families through assisted reproduction technology and enjoys rewarding ongoing relationships with many of the parents who often send her Christmas cards and photos of the children born through donors and surrogates.
