I represent employees and executives when they are fired from employment. I am Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law and have been in practice for over 30 years. I handle employment claims in all State and Federal Courts in Texas as well as in Arbitration. The nature of the claims include: sexual harassment; employment contract claims; discrimination claims based upon age, race, gender, religion and disability.
