If cancellation is made with less than 14 days notice the deposit will be refunded if the reserved room is rebooked for the same dates, less a $20 administrative processing fee. Total remaining balance due will be charged for reservations cancelled within 72 hours of arrival unless the reserved room(s)are rebooked for the same dates.
