We started using TCA at our flooring company last year, and even though we already had a really good deal on our old credit card processor system, they were able to save us even more money. They also have a great online portal thats simple and user friendly, and any time I have a question I can always reach somebody at the company to get an answer. TCA prides itself on the services they provide. They work hard to get out a low card processing fee for business owners and work with a lot of small businesses. They are prompt via text or call and are always on top of any issues. They fixed a tip mistake on a dozen transactions within 24 hours when we were first figuring out the system. They're honestly unbeatable in terms of value at any stage your business is at. 10/10 would recommend. God Bless them.

This company has been great for our company. Our Credit Card Fees have been reduced from 5k$+ monthly, with our old Merchant Services Provider, to $500 or less, each month. The Online payment system works great for our customers who want to make their payments themselves, while the option to schedule reoccurring payments is perfect for those who like the convenience of monthly auto pay.

In the past we have not offered credit cards as an option for our clients to pay for our services because of all the hidden fees. The Card Association offered us a way to accept credit card payments while still being affordable and easy to navigate as a small business.
