It all started when our CEO/founder, Ivan Flores, had the culinary vision to combine two key ingredients – the chicken and the potato – to create his now famous buffalo fries. With an attitude of prayer and perseverance, this simple comfort food grew into a lucrative business opportunity and The Buffalo Spot was born! The first location opened in Long Beach, California in 2013. It quickly evolved into a stateside staple, serving their world famous buffalo fries, flavorsome wings, chicken tenders, and salads. The founder of “The Buffalo Spot” takes pride in not only serving the best quality food, but also in providing its guests with impeccable service through the culture of energy, emotion, excitement and enthusiasm.
