About 3-4 years ago when I retired, I took everything I had from my 401K. I assumed that once I received the money the tax was taken out. I'm incorrect. I was used by Tax Masters and JK Harris. I feel like I’ve invested so much in an attempt to get this tax chaos resolved. I was doubtful with regards to calling these people, but I’m glad I did. They even discounted the cost for my services since I had already been through a lot. Today, I'm in an affordable payback program with the IRS and I am very happy to get this load lifted.
