The Bridges at Bent Creek provides personalized care for seniors living in our apartments or suites. Each private residence comes with a private bathroom. Residents receive housekeeping and linen services, satellite TV, and an Internet connection in their room, as well as three delicious meals served in our attractive dining room. Every individual receives care at the level they require. One personal care option is a therapeutic adult day care programs for individuals who live in a traditional personal care residence. This program enables residents with mild-to-moderate memory impairment to participate in daily activities focused on maintaining cognitive, physical, and psycho-social wellness. Residents can easily form friendships with peers in this environment and activities are specifically geared toward their abilities and interests. We also offer a secure memory care residence called “The Garden” for residents with advancing Alzheimer’s disease or dementia. Individuals living in The Garden receive specialized dementia and Alzheimer’s care from well-trained staff in an environment designed to support the needs and dignity of these residents. We staff our retirement community with an LPN who is on-site 24/7. Medication assistance is provided by either a nurse or a certified medication technician. We offer on-site podiatry care, a mobile dentistry that visits our community, as well as an audiologist to provide on-site hearing aid support.
