The Altamont Theatre is a gorgeous multi-level, upscale private events space and listening room on beautiful Church street in the heart of downtown Asheville. We host concerts from many different genres of music and mainly produce shows with National artists. We are a truly customizable black box theatre and a flexible venue that can host many different kinds of events, including Weddings. The Altamont has become a destination for wedding rentals and has developed a great reputation as an easy to work with, flexible and affordable space with no minimums whatsoever
