- At Texas Rock Gym, our goal is to provide all Houstonians with access to the sport of rock climbing in a professional, high quality climbing gym with a fun atmosphere for climbers of all ages. We emphasize safety and customer service, striving to promote the growth of the sport through a friendly, helpful staff. We offer a variety of lessons and classes including tai chi, yoga, and more. We invite you to come and experience one of America's fastest growing adventure sports. With over 14,000sq feet of climbing wall, 45 top rope stations, and a large bouldering area Texas Rock Gym has climbs for everyone. Featuring climbs from beginner to expert, as well as a lead climbing area featuring full roof (overhang) climbs. Routes updated daily with "fresh by" dates on the labels. Routes labels are color coded to easily find the 5.9 or 5.11 you are seeking.
