They Manage It So Well !!
I am dealing with TDI properties, a Los Angeles property Management Company since last 2 years. They are extremely professional and their staff is very polite and helpful. They have always geared up themselves to support or provide extra care to the customers like me. Many times they have gone out of their way to provide me the services. When I was handling my property and used to set on the rental to the parties it used to happen like out of 12 months it used to be vacant for sometime for 3 or 4 months. Now since they have started handling it, this is beautifully managed and the vacant rate has gone low as much as a month which increased my rental revenue. This made me understand the use and advantage of specialized agency for conducting any specialized activity. I would not get into this now on my own to make loss.
