May28,2016, I made a reservation for Sunday's pickup. The customer service rep same like the same person that always gives me a hard time when call. She talks down, tells grown folks to shut up and listen, and directs how to talk! She's very rude and irritant. The others are so polite and respectful, even when the caller makes a mistake.
