- We have a fourteen (14) day cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel please do so 14 days prior to your arrival and we will refund your deposit minus a $20 administrative fee. If you need to cancel within the 14 days we will refund your deposit minus a $20 administrative fee should we resell a room. This policy is also applicable to early checkout. All rooms are guaranteed with your advanced deposit therefore late arrivals are easily accommodated. Please notify our office if you will be arriving later than 11pm for specific instructions.
