Sweet E’s began in founder Erica “Sweet E” Tucker’s own Los Angeles kitchen in 2009. What started as a passion for baking for friends and family quickly became a blossoming bake shop that today serves clients across Los Angeles and the country.
Inspired by a childhood spent baking with her Grandma Mimi and Momo (aka Mom) in Texas, Erica’s enthusiasm for all things sweet only grew after graduating from the University of Texas (Hook ‘em Longhorns!) and then moving to California to pursue a career in acting.
Soon after her arrival in Los Angeles, she realized her creative passions were meant for bringing smiles to people’s faces in a different way: one bite at a time. With loving encouragement from family and friends, Sweet E’s Bake Shop began catering desserts locally across LA before opening a bakery on Robertson Boulevard near Beverly Hills.
Today, Sweet E’s is both an established bakery serving Los Angeles clients, and an e-commerce site delivering delicious treats like cookies, cakesicles, and more across the United States. At Sweet E’s, we bake everything from scratch in our West Adams kitchen near downtown, hand-deliver throughout the greater Los Angeles area and ship nationwide. Though our bakery shop is currently closed to the public due to COVID, we welcome order pick-ups in the lobby of our kitchen.
