Implementing Lean Process Improvement and Supply Chain Management usually begins with an Assessment of the opportunities. Our Assessment follows the 80/20 principle and therefore is not a long, drawn-out process. We need two to three days on site at your company or facility to identify 80% of the issues and expected savings.
An expected next step after the Assessment is to create your Performance Measurement System by creating a Performance Scorecard. It is critical to know your key performance measures before implementing Lean Process Improvement or Supply Chain Management projects because without them you will not sustain the improvements.
After the Assessment, and creating of your Performance Measurement System you will begin working achieving the savings. We operate on a project basis. Our projects are defined in scope, duration and investment. Projects start with a definition of the problem, use various analysis tools
