I started pressure washing professionally about 7 years ago. Mostly commercial work was what I stuck to. Since I had the equipment already, I would get request from family and friends to do their homes/driveways etc. The joy and amazement of the before/after effect brought on by the quality of the work always gave me great satisfaction. Everyone would ask why don't you start offering residential pressure washing? So, after a few requests I have answered the call and I am here in the industry to give my customers the WOW factor. I love to see their reactions! I am highly dedicated to customer service because I understand it is the backbone of my business. My business would not survive without repeat and referral customers. With that being said I like to inform my customers of expectations during the estimate process, engage them during the service process, and ensure their complete satisfaction after service is performed.
