I am shocked to see the bad review below. I have dealt Sullivan's Cleaning on two previous occasions and am working with currently on my basement flooding. The first time I worked with them my roof collapsed do to too much snow. They came in and had everything fixed and like new if not better within a few days. They were extremely affordable and the employees seemed to want to be friends with me and seemed to really care about doing a good job. The second time they worked with us my dryer had caught fire and burnt about quarter of my house. The rest of my home was badly damaged by smoke. They restored everything and were very professional. I had actually worried because I had several computers in my home with several important documents on them. I was afraid I was going to lose my data. Sullivan's some how cleaned the computers even and we were not forced to replace them. My business is ran off computers so this was huge for us. I have noticed that the same review below is listed on several sites. After reading your review I am curious to if we are even talking about the same company.

Horrible! Hopefully you never have to use them,. I had a house fire 1year and half ago and still dealing with them. Lost everything from basement but upstairs had heavy smoke damage. Their company came in and promised it would be better than it was. First day on job their employees were stealing from us and fighting over our stuff. i asked why cant i get my stuff back since your a restoration company and they said oh i dont mind the smoke its just going upnorth. So problems since then, About 5 months to gut my house to studs and put drywall back up. We moved back in may and told them that it still smelled like smoke so after numerous times coming out to seal. me and my family were getting ill. So I asked for an air test. It came back over 4000 for chemical polluntants, normal is 500. So they put us in hotel and tore down my basement ceiling and found more soot and fire damage not properly sealed and needed to spray more. 5 more airtests and all came back high. As they were tearing down my ceiling they cut into a lot of floor joist, some through it some just about through it. And they werent going to tell us till i talked to inspector to check if they were doing it right. They never pulled a permit! So now we need a structural engineer to fix my support joists they cut into. So we have been living in a hotel for the last month and now they got another air test today and once again it was bad. So they said they were done fixing it! They exhausted my insurance funds and they said they dont have the money to fix their mistakes. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!
