With your CEO, we manage all aspects of the strategic planning process. Your strategic planner consultant initiates all input needed for the process. He or she will also create a productive meeting environment and get your team on the same page -- vision, mission, strategy, and goals.
A week after your meeting, our strategic plan facilitator will deliver your plan and electronic files in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint to each team member. Included are about 50 pages of the plan, discussion notes, input docs, working files, insights gained, highlights of the plan, and photos of retreat sessions.
After a marathon strategic planning session, it is not unusual for the whole plan to simply go dormant. To prevent this we advise you to keep the process alive by using our consultants to provide follow-up support in a launch meeting, and to hold periodic review meetings to ensure forward motion and accountability.
