Since we do not own any of the properties we manage, our success is a testament to the quality of service we extend to clients, residents, employees and vendors. Our sole focus is multi-family management which includes but is not limited to due diligence, lease up, rehabilitation, and receivership services. We have developed a strong foundation, enabling us to respond to clients' needs quickly and efficiently. The Stout-managed portfolio is comprised of 60 multi-family apartments with nearly 12,000 units throughout the Las Vegas Valley including 10 affordable housing properties that participate in the Federal Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program. We have a team of talented property management professionals who are experts in adding value to assets through day to day supervision and long term strategic planning. Our diverse client base includes lenders, receivers, sole owners, homeowner associations, pension funds, private partnerships and foreign investors.
