We have spent many years handling corporate defense work, including personal injuries, oilfield accident, wrongful death and products liability claims. We are bringing that experience and understanding of how the other side thinks to the Stilwell Law Firm, where we represent plaintiffs in their personal injury claims. Our practice operates on a contingency fee basis, wherein we take a percentage of the litigant’s recovery. Our clients therefore never have to pay us out of pocket as the case progresses, and we only recover when they recover. Not only does this alleviate the financial burden of a lawsuit on our clients, it also means we are personally invested in the financial outcome of our cases.
