I hired Sterling works for a renovation of a large screened porch and deck, as well as to replace my front porch, several smaller jobs inside the house, including a bathroom update and some restoration on the original pine floors in my 1920s home. Phil with Sterling works was punctual, reliable, and down to Earth from our first meeting. He is very experienced and had good ideas about the project and made suggestions to save me money, not just trying to get me to spend more on the project. His crew were all very professional and never left a mess, always courteous. The project had some delays with permitting, and the need for changes in the architect's designs, but he helped work through these, as well as insuring I was fully satisfied with the work in the end. I love my new screened porch, and get tons on compliments on how nice it looks! Not only did Sterling Works do a great job, Phil was great to work with, and is a genuinely nice person, who you can really trust- hard to find in a contractor!
