- Ferry Fee: Adults (ages 13 years & older): $12.00 Senior Citizens (ages 62 & over): $10.00 Children (ages 4 through 12): $5.00 Infants 3 and under: Free Note: These rates are the price for the round trip ferry ride to the island. The ferry ticket includes entrance to Statue of Liberty Park. If you have a National Park Service pass, this WILL NOT cover the price of the ferry ticket. For visitors planning to enter the Monument, a mandatory secondary screening is necessary and visitors must be in possession of a ticket that states “Monument Access”. The “Monument Access” reservation system enables holders to visit the museum gallery and pedestal observation levels. Access into the Statue of Liberty above the pedestal observation level is not permitted. “Monument Access” is available at no cost with the purchase of a ferry ticket from Statue Cruises. An easy way to receive yours is by purchasing a RESERVED TICKET and selecting the Monument Pass option. The RESERVED TICKET option is strongly recommended for visits planned on weekends, during holiday periods and daily from MAY through SEPTEMBER as visitation is quite high. If you are uncertain as to when you will visit, Statue Cruises offers a FLEX 3 DAY TICKET option. THIS OPTION WILL NOT INCLUDE MONUMENT ACCESS. However, a limited number of “Monument Access Passes” are available daily at the ferry ticket booths. FLEX 3 DAY TICKET holders, may upon arrival, visit the ticket booth to request a “MONUMENT ACCESS PASS”, but are not guaranteed to receive one, These passes are distributed on a first-come-first-served basis. “MONUMENT ACCESS PASSES” are not available at Liberty or Ellis Island. More ticketing options, including other discounts, are available when you click on BUY TICKETS.
