- Our coffee beans are Fair Trade and Certified Organic. To Avoid unnecessary waste we chose compostable hot cups|they look and feel like conventional hot cups|but their lining is made from domestic plants (Ingeo??a?? plant-based plastic) not oil. Our hot cup sleeves are made from 100% post consumer recycled material|and our cleaning supplies are also eco-friendly.

We not only have the friendliest baristas on campus we also have some of the best coffee on the Central Coast. Our pastries are made by the college cullinary students and If you havent tried them yet...you really need to!!! YUMMMMM
