St. Rose of Lima School, Massapequa, educates students from nursery through grade 8. St. Rose School flourishes thanks to the devotion and competence of dedicated teachers and staff, many of whom have given more than fifteen years of service. Through the combined efforts of parents, students and teachers using our interdisciplinary methods and supported by state-of-the-art technology, we have achieved impressive standardized test scores, 100% acceptance to Catholic High schools, and developed critical thinking skills. Religious education, along with prayer and liturgy remain at the heart of what we do. Our school liturgies and the annual re-enactment of the Living Stations by grade 8 spotlight this priority. With a contagious spirit and a commitment to building community and serving others, outreach remains central to our efforts. Our two parent organizations and our many parent volunteers model for us all what it means to give generously.
